It all started so well!!! As I didn't go running yesterday and I was supposed as I am following a half marathon training plan, I set my alarm for 5.45am so I could go before work.  After finishing my run I drank a chocolate protein shake, I have no idea whether it helps with anything but I quite enjoy them.  Breakfast : black coffee, porridge made with water and blueberries, banana and a rehydration drink.  I took some snacks with me to work as I was going to the gym straight after, so I ate the banana before the gym and the apple after. I never know what to do in the gym so I did half hour on the bike and 10 minutes on the rowing machine. I need to do some strength training to complement my running but have no idea what to do. I did a few ab exercises on the mat using a kettle bell.   ![IMG_7

It is not The best PC out there but it is a massive improvement on my 7 year old PC and plays games easily!! I'm sure at some point it has happened to the best of us but here is a little backstory on why I think I've lost my 'Mojo' as Austin Powers would say... I'll be brief 😉 Me and my now ex girlfriend have decided to go our separate ways. After 8 years of being together we just grew apart. Even though it was mutual and has been as good as a break up can be it has taken the wind out of my sail. I've not even turned my camera on in over a week and not posted on Steemit for over a week too! That's unlike me!! It sounds so silly but it has taken me days and days to actually get the umph to write this post. I really hope by posting this I can get out there and start trying to build my motivation back! Today, I think, has been a good day when it comes to diet and exercise as my car didn't start this morning so I've done more exercise than I was going to. Breakfast was the norm: coffee, hydration drink, porridge with sultanas and a banana 🍌  When I finished work I had an apple to give me some energy for a long walk home, just about 7km (4miles). It took me an hour and 15 minutes. So you can imagine I was hungry when I got home. So for lunch I had: poached egg on toast and 2 Greek yoghurts.  My Walk Home  After lunch I needed to go to the shop, no car! Had to bike.  I made a lovely dinner: Hunters chicken, sweet potato fries, peas and salad. Oh and garlic bread. I haven't been on here for over a week! How did I survive? I survived because I was busy on a camping holiday with my family. Internet was pretty rubbish so I didn't even attempt to blog as all it would do is use up all my mobile data and all my phone battery. Charging phones etc is hard work when camping with no electricity! Camping in the U.K. can be a bit challenging even in the summer as the weather can be a bit unpredictable. Our first night was a bit wet, it rained heavily for most of the evening and night so when we got up in the morning there was a little bit of flooding.   Thankfully my family and I was all ok and stayed dry. For a couple of days we had some warm sunny with a bit of cloud days. This week i've travelled to a campsite with the family. The yearly family holiday is never one to miss. We come to a town in North Norfolk that is one of the most back in the times town i've seen. There is no famous fast food chains around and only one Supernmarket for the whole town, which is smaller than any of the 6/7 in the town I live. The holiday resort we're staying even boasts there chargable WiFi with speeds upto 2mb download! > YES 2MB DOWNLOAD, FOR WIFI THAT COSTS That being said it has been a great oportunity to strip back the luxaries we take for granted and go out with my camera. I took my Canon 100d out with my 50mm lens to see what I could get walking the promenade along the beach.
