I love the DTube platform Another vlog of my day, I had a day off today and what better way to start a day off than with a McDonald's breakfast! The #sevendaydtubechallenge has finished but I have decided to try and continue creating daily content. for as long as I can . A mega thank you goes out to the platform DTube. I've be waiting for a platform like this for so long and I find it great that the platform also helps support its content creators. Something you wouldn't find elsewhere. We had some great family fun today, over the Christmas period it has been so great spending time with the family. We played a couple of fun games and had a buffet. The Hat Game was so much fun. I recommend the game to any group of people looking to have a great night, fueled with alcohol it is the best!! Contest / Busy Working Day 29/12/17 ~ 07.30 am ~ Good morning, a nice sleep last night but only because Evie was out meaning no one could wake us. I was woken by the sound of my alarm for the first time on a while. I'm feeling quite tired this morning but one my long day then the weekend off to enjoy the new year in and party. So i've had a bit of a frustrating evening today, I started to try upload my Dtube vlog at 7pm and sat here at gone 9pm still with no video uploaded. I've had IFPS issues and now just sitting in queue that hasn't moved in other an hour. RicsterBlogs Update  Hi guys, just something a little different but it's just a quick little update on the profile and to let you know how it's going so far. As you can probably see I have created myself a little logo for my profile but is not too great right now. It’s Saturday This Means Parkrunday I usually love doing Parkrun but today I wasn’t feeling it. It was very cold and I really struggle with my breathing when it’s so cold. The run is supposed to start at 9am but because some of the paths were icy we had to wait whilst the volunteers gritted them. Which made me feel even colder! Today was my 48th Parkrun, I was hoping to get my 50th run before the end of the year as it’s a big milestone at Parkrun even though there are 2 more Saturdays this year I’ve got to work both of them so I’m a bit gutted! My run was sort of part of my training plan, I’ve just shuffled things around a bit and it was a little less time than I should of done. I did Tuesdays run today and Sundays run on Thursday as I have a race tomorrow. A Santa dash, only a 5k again. So I joined Steemit and Crypto in general back in May 2017. I was ironically invited by a family member ( @toonpunk ) to come give Steemit a go as I was a Daily Vlogger on Youtube and he said I may like posting my content here. So long story short I purchased $5 worth of EOS a very long time ago. Wasn’t feeling my best today, I had to go to work and I was feeling stressed about driving as we’d had very low temperatures and a little snow so everywhere was frozen. I'm A Celeb Final 10/12/17 ~ 7.21 am ~ Gooood morning. It's Sunday morning and it's freezing! I've not checked out the window yet but I don't think we will have snow here on the coast. Reading through Facebook and twitter, I know a lot of you will have a lot of snow and poor weather so take care. Evie is up and wanting to play so I'm now going to take her down so Sophie can have a little lay in. We made an agreement through the week she could sleep in so I'll stick to my word. Evie loves her breakfast and no doubt is hungry so I best make her weetabix for her and get the milk nice and warm. ~ 10.30 am ~ Sophie has just taken Evie or to see her nan so I've got time to give the house a little clean and tidy. A little bit of goals on Sunday on in the background just so I can see yesterday's goals from the Premier League. I cannot believe SBD hit highs of $17 today. I have been watching the insanity unfold on Bittrex. I decided to buy Steem with my little SBD I had and made a nice lump amount of Steem. A friend of mine sold his SBD when it was at $7 and made over $800. A funny story is my little brother sold his SBD 2 days ago when it was at $1 something. G&T Time/Contest Day Contest Day 8/12/17 06.46 am ~ Good morning everyone I hope you are all well. Just woke up and have been joined by Evie who has decided that today is definitely not a day for a lay in. I don't have work today, a random day holiday taken and Evie is round the in laws today and tonight so not too sure what I'm doing but a day like that is good every now and then. An opportunity to recharge my batteries after the illness this week. Talking of illness, it is trying to stick around a little bit as the sneezing and runny nose has now turned up but other than this, I'm feeling good. We headed about 45 minutes down the Suffolk coast to a lovely town called Southwold. The town is renowned for its pier and this was our focus point for the shoot. Day 5 waking up in the beautiful sun, it never gets old!! Today was the hottest day so far, it started off so warm and it seemed to be an intake day in the hotel as there was a bunch of new faces. The Animaticon team done there signature dance routine and got a load of the new guests involved. Made for a funny viewing.  So as the title suggests we were planning on finding a Mcdonalds today. My brother doesn't eat a lot and the food has not been brilliant. On route looking for a Mcdonalds we stopped off at the beach.   We were so hot we all decided to go in for a swim. The swimming pools have been so cold all week for thought we'd see if the sea was any better... It was!  We set off down the promenade in search of the Mcdonalds. So straight after breakfast today we went down for a lay in the sun to let the good go down. We were greeted by the hotel cat also enjoying the sun.  Even though today was very cloudy it still started off warm.  We were greeted by the Animaticon team with there iconic dance moves haha  I did also film the dance on my Instagram so if you want to see it check the link below http://ift.tt/2Blm3ZJ So I knew we were heading off to mini golf after lunch, so I need a hearty lunch (full of bad food) to get me in the right golfing mind set.  It was quite a decent mini golf course actually. It was located by the coast and had 18 holes.  Found another unusual animal (unusual to me) this time a bird 

Another day of getting out of bed with a smile. I really could get used to waking up to the sun. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day when it comes to all inclusive holidays. I cannot resist a good old fry up!  We got some ideal sunbeds this morning. Even after all the considerate people reserving them with their towels haha. We laid down for some sun time after a big breakfast.  I decided to brave the swimming pool. The sun shines hot but there never seems to be anyone in the pool. And I found out why! Saturday night my husband and I got invited to a friends 40th birthday party. It was fancy dress! I’m not keen on fancy dress and it was the night before my first half marathon. We decided to go as she is a friend who’ve we’ve known for years and don’t see very often. No way was I staying out late or drinking alcohol, I have trained too hard to ruin it. We had to dress up as this friend made the effort at my 40th party a couple of years back. I decided i’d Go as Sandy from grease as it’s just like wearing normal clothes. As my husband wouldn’t decide I said he needed to go as Danny. We dressed up, got to the party early as I wanted to leave at 10pm. It was great to see our friends and a shame to leave early but there’s only so much water you can drink. It is crazy how waking up to sun makes you feel great. I don't think anything could beat it. After an amazing breakfast we headed straight up to the roof terrace for the first of many beers today. At 10am haha  We then planned to have our lunch and go for a long walk. Because of this I opted for a nice big lunch to get the energy.  We set of for the walk and as I looked back the view was amazing.  I was surprised by the amount of what I think are chipmunks (correct me if I'm wrong). My mum even got to touch one.  While walking a long the foot path the cliff edges got taller and taller. I braved it and walked to the edge (to my mum's disgust)  We walked for miles and it was soooo hot. We got to the end of the footpat

We arrived in Fuerteventura this morning. I've been to the Canary Islands many times before but never to the island of Fuerteventura. The plane journey went really quick and was the first plane trip I've been on since 2014, and that was a 11 flight so the 4 hour flight felt quick!  The hotel looks lovely and well it's all inclusive so as long as the beers flowing and foods going I'm happy haha. We arrived in the afternoon and while exploring the town the sun started to set over the mountains and it looked amazing.  Early night tonight as we had a early morning starting the journey but we will be up nice and early for breakfast!! My shot of the day!  @supertraff made an appereane as my shot of the day today! It was a lovely Autumn morning and the Park-runners were out in force today!  It's great to see so many runners out on a Saturday morning rain, wind or shine!  Luckily today it was shine that blessed the cliffs by the sea.  It is so relaxing standing at the top of the cliffs as the runners tire themselves out !!! Photography Mission - Down by the Beach So I jumped on my push bike today and popped down to the local beach. This beach has had a lot of work done to try and prevent the cliff erosion, which is an ever growing threat to our coast line. Today is Parkrun day  This means I only have a coffee and a banana for breakfast. After running I have a chocolate protein shake and 3 hard boiled eggs just to keep me going as I'm going in to town later and treating myself to chips on the market as they are the best and I haven't had them for years. So for lunch I have a medium portion of chips and curry sauce.  For dinner I made a homemade slimming world beef curry and had it with white rice.  I did have 2 cans of lager in the evening but apart from that it's been a good day for health and fitness. Calories and macros are fairly good and I have done a fair amount of steps. Increase In Followers/New Job Update!!! So I've just logged on to steemit for the first time in a couple of weeks and I've had an increase of 31 followers! WOW!! You guys are the best and this has now inspired me to get back on track and blog again! So about a month ago I mentioned I had been offered a new job and I have now completed all my training for my new role ready for my first proper day in the job tommorow. Exciting times ahead. I will now be on the road or 'on the tools' as they say as a make safe glazier/locksmith. I have been provided with my own van and tools and will be out on the road everyday rather than behind a desk. This should mean each day, I may have much more interesting stories to tell and blog about so fingers crossed and I can share my experiences with you guys! It starts off well Breakfast is always healthy, I have a black coffee then a rehydration drink, porridge made with water(I don't like milk) with raisins in it and after I had a home made green juice.  Lunch was healthy too especially as I'd been to the gym and done the bike for 30 minutes and the treadmill for about 12 minutes. I had a chocolate protein shake, banana, 4 ryvita fruit crisp biscuits and an apple.  Then I get home, start to feel fed up and depressed so I ate 4 packets of mini cheddars and a packet of chocolate Bourbon biscuits, I'm so annoyed! Dinner was at my parents, I had hunters chicken, new potatoes and veg. I didn't eat it all though because I'd binged in the afternoon.  My fitness pal app shows the percentage of calories for each meal, I had way too many snacks today! And the amount of macros I had and should be having. ![IMG_7927.

It all started so well!!! As I didn't go running yesterday and I was supposed as I am following a half marathon training plan, I set my alarm for 5.45am so I could go before work.  After finishing my run I drank a chocolate protein shake, I have no idea whether it helps with anything but I quite enjoy them.  Breakfast : black coffee, porridge made with water and blueberries, banana and a rehydration drink.  I took some snacks with me to work as I was going to the gym straight after, so I ate the banana before the gym and the apple after. I never know what to do in the gym so I did half hour on the bike and 10 minutes on the rowing machine. I need to do some strength training to complement my running but have no idea what to do. I did a few ab exercises on the mat using a kettle bell.   ![IMG_7

I'll be brief 😉 Me and my now ex girlfriend have decided to go our separate ways. After 8 years of being together we just grew apart. Even though it was mutual and has been as good as a break up can be it has taken the wind out of my sail. I've not even turned my camera on in over a week and not posted on Steemit for over a week too! That's unlike me!! It sounds so silly but it has taken me days and days to actually get the umph to write this post. I really hope by posting this I can get out there and start trying to build my motivation back! Today, I think, has been a good day when it comes to diet and exercise as my car didn't start this morning so I've done more exercise than I was going to. Breakfast was the norm: coffee, hydration drink, porridge with sultanas and a banana 🍌  When I finished work I had an apple to give me some energy for a long walk home, just about 7km (4miles).
