50 Press ups for 30 days CHALLENGE!

Day 1
I chose today to go for 5 sets of 10 press ups. I feel this is the best approach to start off with as my wrist is not strong. I'm doing a big thing here and posting how my body looks before starting this challenge! This picture was taken 2 minutes before recording the video. I will post some pictures at the end of the challenge to see if any changes have happened! Thanks @SlayerKM
