Steemit Followers/New Job Update

Increase In Followers/New Job Update!!!
So I've just logged on to steemit for the first time in a couple of weeks and I've had an increase of 31 followers! WOW!! You guys are the best and this has now inspired me to get back on track and blog again!
So about a month ago I mentioned I had been offered a new job and I have now completed all my training for my new role ready for my first proper day in the job tommorow. Exciting times ahead. I will now be on the road or 'on the tools' as they say as a make safe glazier/locksmith. I have been provided with my own van and tools and will be out on the road everyday rather than behind a desk. This should mean each day, I may have much more interesting stories to tell and blog about so fingers crossed and I can share my experiences with you guys! ![IMG_0986.JPG](http://ift.tt/2wQCH48)

Countdown to my First Marathon - 126 days to go [4/50 #fiftyrunstillmay]

It’s Saturday This Means Parkrunday I usually love doing Parkrun but today I wasn’t feeling it. It was very cold and I really struggle with my breathing when it’s so cold. The run is supposed to start at 9am but because some of the paths were icy we had to wait whilst the volunteers gritted them. Which made me feel even colder! Today was my 48th Parkrun, I was hoping to get my 50th run before the end of the year as it’s a big milestone at Parkrun even though there are 2 more Saturdays this year I’ve got to work both of them so I’m a bit gutted! My run was sort of part of my training plan, I’ve just shuffled things around a bit and it was a little less time than I should of done. I did Tuesdays run today and Sundays run on Thursday as I have a race tomorrow.
