Today is Parkrun day
 This means I only have a coffee and a banana for breakfast. After running I have a chocolate protein shake and 3 hard boiled eggs just to keep me going as I'm going in to town later and treating myself to chips on the market as they are the best and I haven't had them for years. So for lunch I have a medium portion of chips and curry sauce.  For dinner I made a homemade slimming world beef curry and had it with white rice.  I did have 2 cans of lager in the evening but apart from that it's been a good day for health and fitness. Calories and macros are fairly good and I have done a fair amount of steps.
