Today is Parkrun day

After running I have a chocolate protein shake and 3 hard boiled eggs just to keep me going as I'm going in to town later and treating myself to chips on the market as they are the best and I haven't had them for years. So for lunch I have a medium portion of chips and curry sauce. ![IMG_8026.JPG](http://ift.tt/2wmoNHB) For dinner I made a homemade slimming world beef curry and had it with white rice. ![IMG_8027.JPG](http://ift.tt/2yhload) I did have 2 cans of lager in the evening but apart from that it's been a good day for health and fitness. So today's photo is a picture I just took of my favourite camera I own. My grandad gave me this camera it is a 35mm film camera and it means so much as this is a camera my grandad used all the time back in the day.
