My shot of the day!
 @supertraff made an appereane as my shot of the day today!It was a lovely Autumn morning and the Park-runners were out in force today!  It's great to see so many runners out on a Saturday morning rain, wind or shine!  Luckily today it was shine that blessed the cliffs by the sea.  It is so relaxing standing at the top of the cliffs as the runners tire themselves out !!!  I love coming to support the family @shazza and @supertraff running together  And my sister made it out this morning even after being out drinking Friday night!  The great thing about Park Run is so many people coming together including the volunteers  And no matter the speed you run your given so much encouragement  I hope you enjoyed my morning photography mission.
