It was a lovely Autumn morning and the Park-runners were out in force today! ![DSC00004.JPG](http://ift.tt/2kSAi4c) It's great to see so many runners out on a Saturday morning rain, wind or shine! ![DSC00009.JPG](http://ift.tt/2xGV4Kl) Luckily today it was shine that blessed the cliffs by the sea. ![DSC00007.JPG](http://ift.tt/2kSWgnO) It is so relaxing standing at the top of the cliffs as the runners tire themselves out !!! ![DSC00015.JPG](http://ift.tt/2xH8khT) I love coming to support the family @shazza and @supertraff running together ![DSC00019.JPG](http://ift.tt/2kSgQV5) And my sister made it out this morning even after being out drinking Friday night! ![DSC00020.JPG](http://ift.tt/2xH8kOV) The great thing about Park Run is so many people coming together including the volunteers ![DSC00022.JPG](http://ift.tt/2kSAkck) And no matter the speed you run your given so much encouragement ![DSC00012.JPG](http://ift.tt/2xH8mGx) I hope you enjoyed my morning photography mission.

Another day of getting out of bed with a smile. I really could get used to waking up to the sun. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day when it comes to all inclusive holidays.
