Daily Eating Blog #12

Breakfast this morning was my usual black coffee, weetabix, Greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries and half a banana and a hydration sports drink. ![IMG_7167.JPG](http://ift.tt/2uawdJv) Lunch was provided by work as we had a meeting so not healthy; 3 mini pastries, 3 small sandwiches, couple of chipolatas, mini spring rolls and some chips with a pint of Diet Coke. I drank my 1 litre bottle of water whist at work. Dinner was 3 sausages, mashed potato and baked beans followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard and a can of lager. During the evening I drank a 1and a half litre bottle of water. Sorry only one photo today as been busy at work then I was babysitting my little granddaughter. Forgot to take them. The pool was freezing! - Fuerteventura #03

Another day of getting out of bed with a smile. I really could get used to waking up to the sun. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day when it comes to all inclusive holidays. Even after all the considerate people reserving them with their towels haha.
