Daily Eating Blog #12

Breakfast this morning was my usual black coffee, weetabix, Greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries and half a banana and a hydration sports drink. ![IMG_7167.JPG](http://ift.tt/2uawdJv) Lunch was provided by work as we had a meeting so not healthy; 3 mini pastries, 3 small sandwiches, couple of chipolatas, mini spring rolls and some chips with a pint of Diet Coke. I drank my 1 litre bottle of water whist at work. Dinner was 3 sausages, mashed potato and baked beans followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard and a can of lager. During the evening I drank a 1and a half litre bottle of water. Sorry only one photo today as been busy at work then I was babysitting my little granddaughter. Forgot to take them.
