Parkrunday
 Today is my favourite day of the week. Parkrunday (Saturday for all you non runners). I get up early so I can get a coffee and a banana in before I run. It's not till 9am but I can't run after I eat so I need to give it a couple of hours. I have a pb (personal best) of 25.05 although most of the time I tend run a lot slower than that, I can't seem to get anywhere near that time, I have no idea how I ran that fast! I would love to run a sub 25, that is my goal for this year. Today I am sporting new trainers. The ones I've been running in don't seem to suit me, I've had a lot of aches and pains since wearing them so I've gone back to the original type I used to run in. I hope these help, hopefully I'll have a good run but I'm not holding my breath as I probably need to wear them in first.   Wish me luck If you want to find out how I get on follow me for updates.
